Jason M. Fields, CCRS, CFEI. He holds a BS Degree in Business Management- Cardinal Stritch University. Jason is the Founder and Managing Director of Dark Knight Capital Ventures, LLC
He is a published author having written five books.  He hosts a weekly radio show on innovation and finances.

Jason started his career in the financial services sector where he helped actively manage over $100 million in assets. His experience includes bonds, equities, derivatives, insurance and residential and commercial loans.

Todd Sobotka, JD. He is the Investment Committee Chair of Brightstar Foundation. He has a law degree and has spent the vast majority of his professional career with early stage and small businesses as an owner, advisor, consultant, and/or part of the leadership team.  He has personally been involved with start-ups in biotech, hi-tech, and SaaS spaces.  r

Dana Guthrie, MS EnE.  Dana is the Managing Director and Founder of Alchemy Angel Investors. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Milwaukee School of Engineering and a Master of Science in Energy Engineering from University of Illinois - Chicago. Dana has a decade of product development experience in the automation, facility management, and energy conservation industries. She's managed the product development life-cycle for an industry-leading user interface and has an extensive background in engineering, sales, and operations with proven results that generate revenue.    

Brandie de la Rosa holds a degree in Computer Science & Psychology. She worked 21 years in the Corporate space within the IT sector.  After co-developing the 1st nationally domestic violence mobile app she launched her own company, E3inspire, Inc, which stands for Educate, Empower, Engage, is a workplace violence advisory firm that helps companies cut costs and increase staff retention while putting employee’s safety first. She focuses specifically on how domestic violence affects companies and couples this with technology through a mobile app for a full circle solution.  Brandie has an extensive background in technology, operations, management and consulting.
